GIS Support

I no longer actively support or keep download sites for any of the software I developed between 1986 and 1999 at the US Bureau of Land Management. This includes both GIS and non GIS software. It is publicly available - at least in theory - and some of it may still be in use and even maintained. I don't know for sure. In any case, if you are interested in something I wrote during these years contact the Oregon State Office of the Bureau of Land Management directly.

I was particularly fond of LTPlus and have made numerous attempts to convince someone to fund a quality port to Linux. I have not done much with LTPlus for lack of funding, but I do keep a web site at LTPlus.org. I don't really maintain this web site, but someday I intend to make the last public version of the source code for LTPlus available on the site and make a few other improvements.

And of course I would be interested in talking to anyone about rejuvenating the project. If you have a lot of map manuscripts that you need to scan, and do raster to vector conversion, and output vector data in GIS formats; then you should talk to me about LTPlus. I can save you money.
